Italian Sausage Recipe

This is the finished product after setting them in the bamboo steamer for about 45 mins they are good to eat this way but I still prefer actually frying them up in a pan for some caramelization. some of them the casing stayed on and others the hot water from the steam got in them and turned melted the materials into the sausage. This result wasn’t bad but allowed me to learn from my mistakes of sealing the foil properly and also making sure that the gluten is not to wet when putting it in the casing otherwise it will not survive the cooking process.
