Cook book Review
This cook book will be the first of possibly many that I am going to be experimenting with in culinary creations. I appreciate this masterpiece for many reasons. One of those is probably my bias for meat replacements as a former meat eater. Written by Skye Michael Conroy also known as “The Gentle Chef”, Chef Skye is a committed “transitional” vegan like myself he was not raised that way, although I began vegan I moved to “ovo-lacto”.
Chef Skye is a talent that developed out of southern California and currently resides in Indiana. Dedicating himself to the vegan lifestyle in 2010. He attended Rouxbe Cooking School fallowing the tutelage of well renowned plant-based chef Chad Sarno, Receiving his Plant-Based Professional Certificate in 2014. Writing many cook books from 2012-2021 He has grown his renown as a vegan chef authoring titles such as: The Gentle Chef, Seiten and Beyond, The Non-Dairy Evolution cook book, and many others.
